The latest exhibition has been unveiled at WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre by Craig Daniel: Birds in Watercolour.

Craig is a keen artist and has been since school. For years he has been developing skills in the art of watercolours and studying birds and wildlife. “In the past decade, I have been really inspired especially after discussing my art with friends and family. I decided to put more time into my art and have been a keen photographer alongside this hobby. Self taught and passionate I have become a professional in watercolour art and wildlife art and have combined the two. After much encouragement I have decided to set up a web site to display my art. I really do hope you like and share my artwork.”

The exhibition can be viewed at Martin Mere until 11 March and will be located in the exhibition hall and all art work will be available to purchase with a percentage going towards the valuable work that Martin Mere does.

WWT Martin Mere Wetland Centre is open every day (except Christmas Day) from 9.30am to 4.30pm during winter months and parking is free of charge. Situated off the A59, it is signposted from the M61, M58 and M6. The Centre is also accessible via the Southport to Manchester and the Liverpool to Preston line by train from Burscough Rail Stations.
